Jamiaca, becoming water secure and hurricane resilient.
Sofia Frias the CEO of 751 Atlantic has openly praised the Jamaican National Water Authorities for their incredible effort and diligence to help their country to become water safe and hurricane resilient. Sofia said ''after Hurricane Mellisa during 2025 where the whole country was seriously compromised, especially with access to clean water'' . However, the NWA (National Water Authorities) have stepped up, and we are working in partnership and with great determination to ensure that the future of Jamaica's water supply will be secure for the future. We are working to implement a forever solution, a desalination plant that will be completely powered by a geothermal system, which will be hurricane resistant. This is a giant leap for Jamaica and it is the drive from the NWA that will make it happen. There recognition of the future needs of their population is outstanding, ''their engineers are incredibly focused'' and as the CEO of 751 Atlantic I can not sing my praises loud enough. It is these outstanding efforts by the few, that really make the impact for the many and, I and the 751 Earth Family Group want to give thanks and assure them all, that their selfless and incredible effort will be rewarded by the transformation for 10s of thousands Jamaican lives in the future.., an IMPACT that will never be forgotten. We thank you .
