Dr. Karen Lupson Sumser, Founder and Principle 751.Earth
Dr. Karen Sumser-Lupson is an international expert in ocean governance and the blue economy with over 30 years of experience. She holds a maritime-focused PhD and other postgraduate qualifications from the University of Plymouth. Karen helped establish the African Maritime Safety and Security Agency and works globally with governments and organisations, including the United Nations, World Bank, UNCTAD, and the European Commission, to develop maritime policy, blue economy strategies, and sustainable ocean initiatives.
Max Studennikoff, Senior Partner & CC Forum Founder
Max is an international entrepreneur, investor, and event organizer best known as the Founder and Chairman of CC Forum, a global platform that connects investors, policymakers, and innovators to promote sustainable investment and solutions to global challenges such as climate change and social impact. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London and has more than two decades of experience building ventures in international events, real estate, hospitality, and education. Through CC Forum events held in cities such as Paris, London, and Monte Carlo, Studennikoff works to bring together global leaders and investors focused on sustainable development and innovation.

Sofia Frias, Chief Executive Officer at 751. Atlantic
Sofia Frias leads climate resilience and sustainable development initiatives that integrate innovation, technology, and social impact. She has consulted for international organisations including the United Nations, IOM, and the European Commission. She holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, an MBA in Corporate Strategy, and has specialized training in humanitarian operations and emergency preparedness.
Ken Lukins, Chief Executive Officer 751.North America
Ken is a veteran U.S. Coast Guard Chief and environmental strategist with decades of experience in maritime safety and crisis response, including major incidents like the Exxon Valdez spill. He is now Managing Director of Lukins International and Vice Chairman of the Climate Change Forum, where he drives sustainable solutions and innovative finance approaches — including tokenization of climate assets — to accelerate global investment in climate action.

751 acts as a bridge between donors, investors, and country programs, providing expert technical guidance to ensure projects are viable from design through implementation. All programs are rigorously reviewed by the Board of Executors and must include clear indicators and measurable impact.
At the portfolio level, 751 maintains oversight to ensure consistency, compliance, and effective risk management, supporting teams across the full project management and implementation cycle while meeting donor requirements.
