Cancellation Policy

Booking and Confirmation All sessions, whether one-to-one advisory or group workshops, must be booked in advance through our website or by direct email request. A booking is only confirmed once payment (or a signed engagement agreement for institutional clients) has been received, and a confirmation email with session details will follow within two working days. Rescheduling and Cancellations We understand that plans change. Clients may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed sessions without prior notice, will be charged in full, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. Payment Terms Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session, unless a separate written agreement has been arranged for institutional, government, or multi-session engagements. Invoices for approved institutional bookings are payable within 14 days of issue, and sessions may be postponed if payment is outstanding. Conduct and Confidentiality All discussions during advisory sessions and workshops are treated as confidential, and any materials shared by clients will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent. We ask all participants to engage respectfully and constructively, and we reserve the right to end a session early if this expectation is not met.
